Welcome to our non-profit site!

ACTS of Saint Paul is a non-profit organization that has provided services to the Hmong community for over 10 years. ACTS is a founding partner of HOPE Community Charter School in the Eastside of St. Paul, MN.

ACTS of Saint Paul opened its new Cultural Educational Center at HOPE Academy, 720 Payne Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55101. The Center includes the following programs: clothing shelf, uniform assistance for HOPE students, adult social and educational referrals, energy assistance through Ramsey Action Program, afterschool programs, adult literacy classes, and seminars. The center also include the first Hmong operated food shelf in the state!

Gael Larsen has been the Executive Director of ACTS for over 10 years.

Mission Statement

"...to empower and equip Hmong-American youth and their families to succeed in America, with hope for the future, by providing culturally specific educational and enrichment programs."
